Sawyer has been discharged and is ready to go home! What a long journey for this heart warrior.

Sawyer's mom reports he is getting used to the outdoors again, and is enjoying "The sun on his face, the wind in his hair, playing with no lines and tubes to hinder him. Freedom!"
