Thank You Charlottesville Catholic School

The Alyssa House is sending a heart filled 'Thank You' to our friends at Charlottesville Catholic School! CCS selected The Alyssa House as beneficiaries for their annual Penny Drive, and invited us to come share our mission with their students.

Over 300 students learned about The Alyssa House this week. When they heard that our current guest completed Phase 2 of his chemo and is getting ready to go home, all the students cheered! It's wonderful to see children in our community caring for our special kids.

Last fall, the second graders at CCS also painted rocks for our garden as part of their Day of Service.
